A few days into our stay in Phnom Penh, we decided to go to the genocide museum. This was where many of the victims of the genocide were tortured and interrogated. We all expected it to be extremely disturbing, as it was. We waited for a guide, whose English was impossible to understand. When we started she took us to the cells first.

Arriving in Cambodia

When we were in the plane to Phnom Penh, Cambodia I was pretty calm until we got closer to the ground. I started freaking out a little because I was picturing another Africa. I only saw brown lakes and dry ground for miles. When we landed I saw in the airport there were disease warnings, it looked very related to Ebola. When we got a visa or whatever we started to walk to the parking lot to look for a taxi.
